            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Skaneateles, New York, herein called the Owner, invites:
           
                        SEALED BIDS FOR:             Town of Skaneateles Town Hall Renovations
 
For Town of Skaneateles Town Hall Renovations consisting of roofing, siding, windows, doors, shutters, gutters, trim detail mock-ups, bricks for planters, on demand water heater and work plan regarding drainage work with piping and excavation at 24 Jordan Street, Skaneateles, NY 13152.
 
The Town Engineer will hold a pre-bid conference at the Town of Skaneateles Town Hall, 24 Jordan Street, Skaneateles, NY 13152 on May 31, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Questions may be submitted to mrobinson@townofskaneateles.com until June 7, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
 
Bids will be received by the Town Clerk at 24 Jordan Street, Skaneateles, New York until 10 a.m. EST on June 13, 2024, and then at said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud.  Any bid received after the designated time will be returned unopened, and will not be considered.
 
The instructions to bidders, forms for proposal, drawings and specifications are available in electronic form and may be examined free of charge at the office of the Town Clerk on or after May 21, 2024.
 
No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after actual opening thereof.  The Owner reserves the right to waive any information in, or to reject any and all bids.
 
The Town of Skaneateles Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to reject any bid because of informality.
